Disconnection Detection

Recommended Posts

Another Disconnection issue for you guys ....

I am running XP and a Dialogic D41/E

I followed the instructions, recorded the hangup, analyzed the data, determined what the setting should be, and still....... no disconnection until the system timesout.

Here is my hangup wave and the settings I recently tried using:

Freq 1: 480

Freq 1 dev: 50

Freq 2: 619

Freq 2 dev: 50

On Time: 50

On Time Dev: 5

Off time: 48

Off time dev: 5

Repetition count: 2

Thanks for the assistance.

Jeff

The attached recording only contained one disconnect tone signal, so it's not possible to find out the "OFF" time cadence, but the ON timing and frequencies are fine.

As the recording was ended soon after the disconnect tone started playing then it appears like the disconnect one was detected... if the disconnect tone was not detected the recording would not have ended and we would have more of the disconnect tone recorded.

Freq 2: 619

Freq 2 dev: 50

On Time: 50

Off time dev: 5

Not sure why it would not work.

Please try reducing the repetition to 1 and increasing the cadence deviation times, eg:

Freq 1: 480

Freq 1 dev: 30

Freq 2: 620

Freq 2 dev: 30

On Time: 50

On Time Dev: 20

Off time: 50

Off time dev: 20

Repetition count: 1

Can you post the tw trace showing application startup so that we can see that the settings are read in correctly.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened.

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

VoiceGuide=10

ktTel=10

SapiWrapOcx=0

Then restart VG.

Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

Please post the traces.

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
