Guest melbatista Report post Posted 06/05/2007 02:42 PM Situation: I want to test the VoiceGuide 7 RC2, so far i install the HMP Drivers and the software. I want to be able to test the funcionality of VG with the Xlite Software. I been trying to find configuration settings or a HOW TO configure the xlite to connect to VG. SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/06/2007 10:25 PM You do not need to enter any of this info on the softphone side. Just locate how to make it dial a particular IP address. Ask the softphone manufacturer how to do this. You may want to try SJPhone (http://www.sjlabs.com/) - it may be easier to use. With SJPhone you just press spacebar and then type in the IP address to which you want to make the call. Share this post Link to post

It says "Busy Here" or "Busy" or 486 error. Any help. Does Dialogic Service need to be running? Thanks XO Share this post Link to post
