Licence Problems

Hi,

 

I have registered a 4 lines licence since a few weeks now and every thing worked well, but it happen 2 or 3 that the system displays an error message saying " this licence is not valid for this hardware (or something like that)".

 

The system does not place any calls anymore

 

Could youy please help me in this issue

You need to ensure your Dialogic card's service is started before starting VoiceGuide. Check with Dialogic Configuration Manager - DCM or with the
