Guest Drew Report post Posted 06/13/2007 02:38 AM I've been using VoiceGuide for years with an internal voice modem. I have one analog phone line(POTS) going into it with 3-way calling. I'm thinking of upgrading to a dialogic card for the better sound quality, and the latest version of VoiceGuide. Right now I use voice guide as a welcome menu with some options forwarding to blind conference calls through 3-way calling using hookflash to call external phone lines. I am in the U.S. (Verizon) If I upgrade to a Dialogic card(or any Telephony card that's better than internal voice modem), which one would be my best option, and can I use it with one phone line and 3-way calling to do blind conference calls? Thanks for any advice you can give me. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/13/2007 03:13 AM Yes, you can do 3-way calling with a Dialogic card. The current entry level Dialogic card is the D/4PCIUF. It is a 4 port card. Share this post Link to post
