Voice Guide Hangs Up Call,as Soon As It's Answered

Dear support team!

 

When I am calling out with voice guide, and the person beeing called is picking up, and saying hello, voice guide is ending the call instead of playing the script???

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

so I guess I need to change the format of the wav file. Can you please tell me how I can do that? what software is needed to perform such task.

Use audio editing software like Goldwave or Cooledit. You can use the trial version of goldwave for 30 days it think.
