The operador phone rings just ONCE, and when she picks up the receiver there's nothing. Then we read in the voiceguide monitor that it has just hang up the call. Curiously though, if the operator then dials 0 to get an external line, then she can talk to the customer who's still waiting there. We tried to adjust the flash time in the pbx but that did not seem to make any difference. I'm sending below the log ok? Quite possibly this PBX does not allow the party transferring the call to hangup before the recipient of the call answers the call.
