Guest fsoudbakhsh Report post Posted 06/20/2007 02:48 PM VG script run before phone answered. Outbound call (send voice message module) is not connected but VG runs the script. After an “send voice message module” dial a number, VG will runs the script before the phone answered. However the trace says “called line did not ring.” VG runs the voice file. Also trace confirms that the [OutDial_Result]{Contacted_Human}; however the phone was not answered at all. Please see the attaché log.zip file. I don’t know any technique to resolve this problem. I have also added LOOPCURRENT Transfer completed successfully based on loop current detection. To path but it seem this command is not working too. This problem happens when VG dial to international number. I have no problem with U.S, Canada, and some of the international counties.
