bd200x Report post Posted 06/25/2007 05:24 AM I have recently moved VoiceGuide to another server due to a hardware failure. Our PCI Dialogic card does not fit in the new server, so want to use a standard voice modem instead. Running VoiceGuide 6.0.x. and everything was working OK using a Dialogic card. The help file shows steps for setting up a voice modem, but when I click on 'Tools' > 'Configuration Wizard' I get the following message 'Edit the LinesConfig.xml file in \data\ subdirectory' ( a file that does not exist) Does VoiceGuide 6.0.x support voice modems or do I need to downgrade to version 5.2.x (TAPI)? SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/25/2007 05:28 AM V6.x of VoiceGuide is called "VoiceGuide for Dialogic". It will only work with Dialogic cards. If you want to use a voice modem you will need to use v5.x of VoiceGuide. Share this post Link to post
ktruk Report post Posted 06/25/2007 12:29 PM bd200x: Just a reminder, your VG license key may be tied to the Dialogic hardware so you may need to sort this out as well as the regrade to tapi. Share this post Link to post
