Dialing With A D/41esc-pci

Can you dialing out with the D/41ESC-PCI. (1st. question)

This is an old card but I think is awesome.

Can you give me the steps to set it up with the latest version of voice guide.(2nd question)

I am loading it in a fresh installation of the XP.

I will load the Dialogic 5.11.SP1

I will load the lates version ov VG.

Do I need to do anything else to make it work correctly.

 

I built an IVR several years ago using VG and I used this card.

The card I am using now is brand new old stock and I need your help to indicate what drivers I need.(3rd question)

I am not sure if I need to install 5.1.1. first and then to install 5.1.1.sp1 or if I only need to install

5.1.1.sp1.

I am planning to use dial out and I already bought the VG with that option for with 4 lines.

Please share some light on these subjects.

I love your VoiceGuide program. It is the best option for an IVR system.

Yes. All cards are fine for dialing out.

No different then with any other Analog cards. As this is a 4 port analog card VoiceGuide v6.x will just work out-of-the-box with it, immediately after installation.

You will probably need to use Dialogic's System Release 5.x drivers as Dialogic's System Release 6.x drivers do not support older cards.

We'd probably recommend installing the SP1 as well.

SP1 should support your card (you may need to read Dialogic's release notes for the various driver versions to see which is the newest driver release that supports your card).
