I purchased Dialogic D/4PCIUF card and the voiceguide (professional 4 line) software and its working great. I need to add another 4 line to accept more calls. I'd like to install another D/4PCIUF and upgrade my License to 8 lines. Can I use 2 Dialogic D/4PCIUF card in same desktop? If is posible, how to upgrade my voiceguide professional 4 line license to voiceguide professional 8 line license ? Thank's.

Can I use 2 Dialogic D/4PCIUF card in same desktop?

Yes. Just insert the new card into the system. You can have up to four or five D/4PCIUF cards in one machine.

Just purchase another 4 line license and when ordering indicate in the Comments field that this purchase is for additional lines for an existing system.
