I wrote a vbs script to make an outbound call which using 4 ports dialer cards to dial out phone numbers. I want the script or system can ring 3 times then hang up this call and call next number. How can I set up the ring times of outbound call due to I tested the system ring over 20 seconds if the phone number was not valid or line busy. Attached is my existing script. Thanks. This can be controlled by setting the Answer Timeout value. This value is set in seconds. You cannot tell what sort of ringing is happening at the destination system, but the Dialogic card can detect if the destination is busy or the number is invalid.
