Guest fsoudbakhsh Report post Posted 07/11/2007 08:19 PM When customer answers the phone how every it is human answers the phone VG still waits for end of message for answering machines. This will take 5 to 10 second. Because of this customer will hung-up on the VG and thinking that the phone is not connected. please see the attached file Is there any way I can stop "AM-wait for end of message." SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/11/2007 10:55 PM If IGNORE is specified in the "Answering Machine Script" field then VoiceGuide will ignore Dialogic's advice that an answering machine was detected and will just start the script/file specified in the "when a real person answers" field.
