Brett Report post Posted 07/12/2007 07:07 AM Hi, Is there a setting that controls the number of digits dialled in outgoing calls? eg. can call 8 digit numbers fine but does not call 10 digit numbers. I have looked at as many settings as I can find and cannot see anything. Using VG 5.2.5049, D4-PCIU Dialogic card, Win 2000. Could the pabx have restriction on the outgoing lines? Thanks, Brett Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/12/2007 07:15 AM There are no restrictions on the number of digits in the outgoing number Could the pabx have restriction on the outgoing lines? Quite possibly. If you think that it's VoiceGuide that's not dialing all the digits then please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 TapiWrapOcx=10 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
