Vg 7 Service Start Problem

After I installed VG 7 (using D4PCIUF card) I could not start IVR Service. .NET 3 is installed.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

You can find the log folder zipped and attched.

there is a text in the log files which is turkish

 

"İşletim sistemi 'i çalıştıramıyor. (HRESULT özel durum döndürdü: 0x800700B6)"

its basic translation is:

Operating System could not start.( HRESULT returns special condition: 0x800700b6)

Which version of Dialogic System Release drivers is used on this system?

 

Is the Dialogic service started before installing VoiceGuide?

 

Do the test applications provided with the Dialogic System Release (eg: Voice Horoscope) work?

SR5.1.1 SP1 with D/4PCI-U point release patch.

The board is started via Dialogic Configurator.

Test programs works fine.

Can we access this machine using PCAnywhere or logmein.com?

If that's not possible then can you use the DependencyWalker tool on the ktTelDialogic*.dll files to see which DLL is missing on this system which prevents the Dialogic driver files from being loaded.

We downloaded dependencywalker, both kteldialogichmp30.dll and kteldialogicsr60.dll gives error:

"Error: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in an implicitly dependent module.

Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module."

 

Another point, we purchased dialogic card from authorised reseller,no sw arrived with the card, as you will see from link you gave (recommended hardware), SR6.0 is not free, you have to purchase an agreement to download it. If it is not so, pls. give us a valid link to download it free. In other words, latest free version for dialogic 4dpci card is version 5.1, so we cannot install 6.0 version.
