Error Message Im_gettsf Im_getsync Tapi Failed

Recommended Posts

I have loaded a D/41EPCI card with the 5.11 Release. The card passed all the sanity check tests from Intel.

Unfortunately when I run the Voice Guide 6.0.0.3335 one error pops up in a window. The label on the window is PBXpert.dll. Inside the window the following error message displays "Im_GetTSF Im_GetSync_Tapi failed" shows.

Can you guide me in what I need to do to correct this problem?

I have installed the SR511All.zip file and teh SR5111SP1d4pciu.zip.

I have also tried the dev.zip but the there is no drivers in that release for my card.

I have installed teh J2re-1_4_2_15-windows java environment.

I have disable com1, com2 and the sound card.

I also have the speedchsdk51. and the SDK51 but for sake of space, I have not expoded or installed those. I am not sure if I need them or not. I am not sure if they are the same or not.

Can you help me with this. Thanks in advance.

Walter

I am loading the sapi driver now. (speechsdk51.exe) and see if that helps with the problem as per your instructions in teh download web page.

The Sapi 5.1 Driver and the Net 2.0 drivers where already installed. So that rules out the error message having anything to do with that too. Do I have to go back to VoiceGuide 2.9.1 just because it is an old card?

By reading some more of the people experiences with the Dialogic boards, I was able to figure out that the card does not start the services even if it passes all test. It does fail one when I go to the configuration manager. It does says Failed to detect board. it claims error configuring TDM bus. When I hit the green bottom to start the service, the application crashes.

The error I am refering in my original Post is generated by a program called PBXpert that is trying to look for resources.

I am running out of ideas here. I really need your help guys.

Thanks

After installing SR5.1.1 you should install SR5.1.1 SP1

You do not need to install the D/4PCIU patch for the SR5.1.1 SP1 as you are not using a D/4PCIU card (D/41EPCI is a different card to D/4PCIU).

We'd recommend uninstalling all of the Dialogic drivers then restarting system to get back to a clean slate. Then just install SR5.1.1, and then (after restart) install SR5.1.1 SP1. Then start the Dialogic service (and set it to start automatically) and try one the Dialogic's demo apps - eg: Voice Horoscope.

If Voice Horoscope works you can then install and use VoiceGuide.

You can use v6.
