SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/28/2007 03:00 AM We'd recommend first concentrating on getting incoming calls working. This will confirm that the ISDN D channel is working properly and there is a working link between your system and the switch. Once the incoming calls are working then try making outgoing calls. Outgoing calls are best tried with ISDIAG or the DMU (Dialogic MakeCall Utility) as those tools let you precisely set the various options in the outgoing SETUP message. The incoming calls' SETUP message is also usually a good guide as to what SETUP message the remote switch expects to receive... Share this post Link to post
