Ktttssapi.dll Error

Trying to use Text to Speech in VoiceGuide, V7, hit the following errors:

 

Event 59, Source: SideBySide, Description:

Generate Activation Context failed for C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\ktTtsSapi.dll. Reference error message: The operation completed successfully.

Event 59, Source: SideBySide, Description:

Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft.VC80.DebugCRT. Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

Event 32, Source: SideBySide, Description:

Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.DebugCRT could not be found and Last Error was The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

 

Additional Symptom: Voiceguide answers the phone call, but is unable to play the Text to Speech message.

 

VoiceGuide V7, WinXP Pro - fully patched, MS SAPI installed, Dialogic D4PCIU4S Card.

 

Tried to resolve by downloading and installing the MS Visual C++, still hit same error. Other references on google for this error state to copy the missing libraries into the target (i.e. Voiceguide) folder. But which libraries are your program missing?

Could you please post the full copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which capture the system startup and the problem during call, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

 

VoiceGuide=10

 

ktTel=10

ktTts=10

Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem.

 

Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
