Error: Com Interface Not Supported In This Version.

Hello, A time ago i make a new script running visualbasic modules , now i´m triyng to install this script on de the server, but when the script run i have this error:

 

164058,38 3 cl Run_ResultReturn >>[VerificarComercio]{NOHAB}<<

164058,38 3 ERROR: COM interface not supported in this version.

 

In the development machine the script run well.

The result variable (VerificarComercio) has the correct value (NOHAB), so the script run well, but this error come and Hangup

 

Any have an idea why in my development machine this script runs well and in the server I have this error

The COM interface is supported in the 'Enterprise' and 'Evaluation' versions only. It is not included in the 'Professional' version.

It sounds like you only have a 'Professional' version installed on the production server. You will need to ensure the production server is running the 'Enterprise' version of VoiceGuide. You should contact sales@voiceguide.com regarding upgrading the production server.
