Spci4 And Dmv1200

I am using Dialogic SPCI4 SS7 board for SS7 signaling and DMV1200 board for voice resources. They are connected together through the CT Bus. Does Voice Guide can handle running an IVR system based on this hardware configuration?

Yes, VoiceGuide v7 can work on SS7.

 

Configuring SS7 is not as straightforward as setting up ISDN/VoIP/etc lines so at this stage all SS7 system installs are carried out by our technical staff.

 

To perform the installation we would require access to the system using a remote access service/software. eg: PCAnywhere or VNC or logmein.com or RemoteDesktop etc.
