Guest alok@siplnet.com Report post Posted 08/13/2007 11:54 PM Hi, We have VoiceGuide Enterprise+Dialer License (4 line). On the server it was installed went bad and we had to change to new server. Now when I am giving my registration code provided by you earlier it is not accepting it. I have done some study and found that Unique VG Identifier is showing different in this machine as compare to the previous VG Identifier we have from the email. Please help how to proceed with this and get our server up immediately. Is there any service line we can call and take help on this immediatley.
