Outdial_new.xml Vg 7.0

I'm try to use the outDial_New.XML feature in the Dialer option. I put the file at the \data location as specified but nothing happens; it is not loaded.

 

Am I missing some config parameter or does this not work in the evaluation version?

 

Using with Dialogic card, Windows XP. Manually using the 'Out bound call loader' does work.

 

Any help or insight as to how to make this work or why it doesn't would be appreciated.

I have not found this fix. Need to know if this is corrected for 7.0 for testing/purchase decision.

I understand that OutDial_New.xml file loading is working fine in current versions of VoiceGuide.

 

If you are unable to load the OutDial_New.xml file please post the file which you are trying to load and we can look at the file and advise why it is not loading.

 

Are you able to load calls using the "Dial List Loader" application?

 

Are you using the latest v7 ?
