Guest hotdog877@yahoo.com Report post Posted 09/11/2007 03:54 AM Hi All, I've recently purchased a Dialogic Dialog/4 card. I know that it needs to be setup first and that's what I did. After installing it on my old computer (running Windows 2000 server/SP4 using SR5111) and ran the test I get the following error: CTBB_ERROR_INVALID_CLIENT_TYPE: Client type(technology) invalid ???? (PCI ID 0) Download . Firmware Version 0.00 But All test was PASSED, except the PC interrupt test (failed) Is it because of the IRQ setting? thanks heaps!!! Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/11/2007 04:17 AM UDD results are not always reliable. The best test is to confirm that the card is being detected by the Dialogic Configuration Manager (DCM) app, and then you can test that the card answers calls correctly and can play sound files using the "Voice Horoscope" test application. If the "Voice Horoscope" test application works (answers call and plays sound file) then this usually means that the card is fine. Share this post Link to post
