nickshi Report post Posted 09/13/2007 02:54 AM Hi, we are trying to integrate VG 7 with our Nortel BCM50 IP-PBX. I activated 2-Port VoIP gateway license on my BCM50, and installed Intel HMP3 and VG 7 voip configured on a Windows XP sp2 computer. But I cannot make VG 7 answers any call; Actually, I cannot even call VG7 from BCM50. Can you provide me a installation guide or common installation steps for this kind of integration? Thanks. SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/13/2007 03:28 AM You should make VoiceGuide 'register' itself to use the extensions created by the PBX. Please read: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/ht...IP_Register.htm You will need to know the user/password and the IP address of the VoIP PBX. The username will most likely be the extension number assigned by the PBX to that extension. If you have any problems please post your Config.xml file with the <VoIP_Registrations> and <VoIP_Authentications> sections filled out. The WireShark Network Protocol Analyzer is often useful in debugging SIP registration and connectivity. See: www.wireshark.org Share this post Link to post
