RossPeasley Report post Posted 09/14/2007 03:23 PM We are having difficutly configuring our Dialogic Card to work with voicefriend over T1 Clear Channel. The board starts fine, the green lights light up, when we dial using the Dialogic test program AnsRmt, it appears as if it is being received by two lines, and then gives us an immediate busy signal. When we use the VoiceGuide software, we get a long pause of dead air, then a fast busy. The lIne status always says “Waiting for Call”. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/15/2007 12:19 AM when we dial using the Dialogic test program AnsRmt, it appears as if it is being received by two lines, and then gives us an immediate busy signal. The first step would be to get this card working with the sample programs provided by Dialogic. If the call appears to arrive on two lines at the same time then that sounds like a fault within the Dialogic card itself. Best to contact the Dialogic card supplier and ask them to resolve this problem. Another alternative would be to try using an ISDN T1 line. We recommend that T1 and E1 connections be setup as ISDN rather then Robbed Bit or CAS. Share this post Link to post
