Guest DashboardResearch Report post Posted 09/19/2007 12:48 PM Hi I am using voice guide 5.2.50012 and want to know whether the start and end time($RV_STARTTIME & Hangup Time) that voice guide returns is equal to the call duration (i.e the time between someone answering the phone and hang up time) or is it the start time of the script and the hang up time of the call. I want to be able to calculate the call cost from voice guide, so this information is very important, Appreciate your help Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/19/2007 10:54 PM Looking at the VoiceGuide 'vgm' trace should let you quickly confirm at which stage of the call these RVs are set in the version which you are using. If you have any problems please post the trace here and we can assist in identifying when they are actually set. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 Then restart VG and make a test call. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
