Wrong Calling Id

Hi everybody,

It's my first message !

 

I have a D/240 PCI T1 dialogic board. It works fine except for one thing : when I call by example to my cellular 555-4545, the caller id phone number is wrong (the phone number displayed is the phone number from Intel, New Jersey). How can I specify to send 555-4545 to show the good number on my cellular ? What can I do for this ? I hope that it's clear.

Are you using VoiceGuide software?

 

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the outgoing call, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

 

VoiceGuide=10

ktTel=10

Then restart VG and make a test call.

 

Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

Hum ! I'm not using VoiceGuide. What I want is to have information on dialogic function to set the ID before to call. Anyone have an idea ? Which function can I use to do this ?
