Please post the OutdialQue.mdb after inserting data into if using both the VoiceGuide Phone Number Loader and your own added entries.

 

Looking at the different entries side by side will let us see what the differences are and what should be changed in the entry which you are loading.

You should look a the .mdb (open it in MSAccess) file to see how the VoiceGuide Number Loader loads the new entries...

 

Then adjust your programs to load the entries in similar way...
