Guest tafelzeil Report post Posted 10/10/2007 08:20 AM Hello again, We are in the process of testing our script and we have another problem. According to the manual it is possible to play multiple sound files for prompts (say numbers module) by separating them with a comma (,). In our script we use this to go into different paths. We have created a very simple script with a say numbers module. When we enter multiple sound files only the last one is played (we have tried it with 2 and 3 sound files). We have attached a simple demo script and the resulting log-files. tafelzeiltje8.zip Share this post Link to post
Guest tafelzeil Report post Posted 10/16/2007 07:48 AM Hello, Can you confirm that playing more than one file (multiple 'after-number' files specified) doesn't work or are we doing something wrong ? For the time being we have merged the sound files that need to be played so we have a work around. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/16/2007 09:55 AM Pretty sure this issue has been fixed... but looks like no-one posted an return message to this thread confirming this. We can confirm again in about 12 hours if that is in fact the case. In the meantime you may want to try downloading the latest version of VoiceGuide v7 available from our WWW and updating to this newest version, and seeing if the multiple files are now accepted in the Say Number module as well. SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/17/2007 07:28 AM Just checked and can confirm that the current version of v7 now accepts multiple files specified in the Say Number module as well, so looks like this issue has been fixed. Share this post Link to post
