Guest DashboardResearch Report post Posted 10/10/2007 08:36 AM Hi I have installed Voice Guide 7 and its works fine, when i call, the system answers and runs the script, but i am having problems dialing out, the CallQue is populated but voice guide is not dialing , i have no idea why can you help me, also how do i clear the callque table? (how did you get a .CSV output form v7's OutDialQue database? Are you using an external OutDialQue source?) Share this post Link to post

Do the calls get made when you load the calls into the system using the VoiceGuide Dial List Loader program? (how did you get a .CSV output form v7's OutDialQue database? Are you using an external OutDialQue source?) i typed in the number i wanted to dial in the phone number's textbox and choose the script Credit Card Payment.vgs under Script to run when an answer is detected, i checked all the dial window days clicked on load phone numbers. The calls are not been made but i can see the in the database tool. I simply copied and pasted the data form database tool window into a csv file i am running the trial version could this be the problem? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/10/2007 10:30 AM Please do this: 1. stop VG, 2. delete the file OutDialQue.vdb3 from VoiceGuide's \data\ subdirectory 3. start VG again 4. start Dial List Loader 5. load a call. If call is still not made please .ZIP up and post the latest _vgEngine trace which was created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/10/2007 10:55 PM To clear the callque type this SQL command in the SQL Command Text Box on Dial List Loader's 'Database Tools' page: DELETE FROM CallQue and press the 'SQL Execute' command button.
