whiztocoho Report post Posted 10/23/2007 09:27 PM Hello; I am running VG Multiline 5.2.3018 Enterprise Edition. The program constantly crashes. We are using the Dialogic 4 line board (D/4PCI) Are there any suggestions on what to look for as the cause of the rebooting? IT is on window 2000 professional. Is there a way when it crashes to autostart it again? Thanks Tim Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/23/2007 09:58 PM Dialogic's TAPI drivers have problems and you will see crashes and other issues if you use Dialogic's TAPI drivers. You should be using v6 (or v7) of VoiceGuide when using Dialogic cards. The v5 registration code works with v6. Share this post Link to post
whiztocoho Report post Posted 10/25/2007 06:28 PM I upgraded to version 6.0.3363 Enterprise 4 line Voice Guide will stop running and close about 3-6 times per day. Is there anyway to tell why it is stopping or to have it automatically restart if it stops? I have also opened a dos window and when I checked back and VG was no longer running the dos window was still open, so the pc itself is not rebooting. Thanks Tim Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/25/2007 10:38 PM Which version of Dialogic System Release drivers are installed on this system? With VoiceGuide v6 you should use SR6.0. Current latest version of SR6.0 can be downloaded from : http://membersresource.dialogic.com/search...171/dev/dev.zip (click OK at the bottom of the license agreement page) Could you please start the tracing on this system and post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 ktTel=10 Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces. When posting traces please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
