Dear Supporter,

I have a dialogic D/300SC-2E1.

When running UDD application, I saw that its firmware is 0.0.

Do I need upgrade its to higher one for running Vg 7.03?

If the Dialogic Configuration Manager is able to start the card then it should be OK.

 

Try setting the protocol to the format used on the E1 line and plug the E1 line into the Dialogic card. (the first port - the higher RJ45 connector)

 

Then install VoiceGuide.

When running isdiag utility, I always get message as below:

Opneing dti devices...

Opening isdn devices...

Opening vox devices...

.

nr_scroute(D=3 V=33 ts=1)

INITIALIZATION ERROR

Closing all devices, quitting.

Could you please tell me what is meaning?

Not sure. The card may be faulty. You should contact the card supplier or Dialogic directly to help resolve this issue.
