Open Letter To Vg Support

I have been in the IT business for over 20 years and one of the measurements of a company is their support. While evaluating VG, I had a very unique issue with version 7 and it was causing headaches beyond belief for my technicians.

 

The VG support team took ownership of the issue, never once pointing any fingers to other vendors, spent many hours logged into our system to resolve the problem.

 

All I can say is job well done and thank you very much. I am purchasing licenses for a T-1 and will be expanding to a second T-1 within months.
