SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/05/2007 08:42 PM It's very strange that the Dialogic card would detect an incoming ring when the line is plugged in. The Dialogic card may be faulty if that is happening. Have you tried plugging the line in before starting VoiceGuide? Share this post Link to post

Dear Support Team Thank yor for your replay , In My office Its working Fine Onece I take to customer Site i am faceing this problam and i have one more question i have licence key for voice guide v 6.0 3361 can i upgrade this software voiceguide 6 latest version with same licence? SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/06/2007 05:58 AM The license key issued for v6.0.3361 will work with the latest VoiceGuide v6. All v5 and v6 keys from last 4 years will work with the latest VoiceGuide v5 or v6. Anyone who has purchased VoiceGuide v5 or v6 in last 4 years can update to latest v6 (or v5) for free using their existing code. This has been a continuing policy throughout v5 and v6 sales for last 4 years. And all future updates to v5 and v6 will be free as well. (note that no new major features will be added to v5 and v6 anymore - v5 and v6 updates will consist only of bug fixes if bugs are found) Share this post Link to post
