Call Record

Hi, is it possible to call the system, play a message and forward to an agent via the PBX, them my query is to be able to record the conversation.

 

- Does the d/41E allow that ?

- If yes does it mean that I need two lines from the board to record one conversation ?

D/4PCI cannot do 'Dial and Conference' transfers. It can only do hookflash type transfers.
