Maximum Numbers Allowed.

Hi

 

I would like to know what the maximum number of telephone numbers that voice guide 5 can handle, the reason i am asking is because i tried to load over 2000 numbers and after maybe 200 calls voice guide froze. Please help i need to know so i can batch my calls properly.

VoiceGuide is able to use it's internal OutDial database to store up to about 100,000 outbound numbers.

 

Are you using your v5 with a Dialogic card?

 

If using a Dialogic card you must use v6 or v7 of VoiceGuide. Dialoigc's TAPI drivers have problems which will result in issues like you describe, so VoiceGuide v5 should not be used with Dialogic cards. (Also many voice modems have problems with their drivers - so overall it's not surprising that yon would encounter problems if using v5)

 

Looking though previous posts I noticed that you were using v7 beforehand. I'd recommend using v7. v7 is the new version designed for Dialogic/VoIP and will soon replace v6.
