If the number of retries is exhausted and the call was not answered then the default operation is to keep the record in database with the retries set to -1 (-1 means no more call to this number are to be made). This allows to easily see which calls were never answered and allows for easy further re-scheduling of these calls or running of programs which process these further. Share this post Link to post
