So I am hoping to get them apear in OutDial_Uncontactable_NoAnswer.txt when they ring, I have short ring so should not be answered. However they appear in OutDial_Uncontactable_Error.txt But my mobile rings 3 times so I would like to think it would appear in OutDial_Uncontactable_NoAnswer.txt Also I have answer timeout of 1, is there a possibility to shorten this at the moment its rings 3 times I would prefer once, twice max.
