Need Help With Simple Script

I have a simple script that works fine until I place a fail path on the dbaccess. when I point to a Play, the script transfers to the play but it never plays the file. I have tried know working files. I can see in the monitor that it is trying to play the file, but it just hangs. If I call a hangup on fail, that seems to work just fine.

There is a bug with the Database Query module in the version of v7 which is installed on your system.

 

Please uninstall the v7 which is right now on your system and download and install the v7 available from our WWW.

That fixed the problem, but has caused another. The only icons I have in my voiceguide folder is "Line Status Monitor" and "Service Status Monitor" the icons for unistall, documentation, and most inportant Registration are missing. I can recreat the incons if I know what the programs are.

The icons in Start menu should have been created during the install.

 

The application files should be installed in C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\
