I followed the setup instruction (HMP driver installation and then Voiceguide set-up). The call from the Callmanager sounds always busy. These are my logs, can you help me? I'm using VoiceGuide Evaluation and HPM Drivers Evaluation (4 lines). I need to buy Voiceguide as soon as possible I solve my problem. I'm in a hurry. SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/12/2007 09:12 AM Traces show that VoiceGuide was not installed in VoIP mode. Please uninstall VoiceGuide and run the install again. During install make sure to select the "HMP / VoIP" option. If after re-install you are still having problems please post the traces as before. Share this post Link to post
