No Callerid After Connecting To Pbx

Hello

 

The program use to work fine with the Voice Link 2/4/8 L

After installing a PBX (auerswald 2104.2 USB) i'm not having CallerID to the program

I'm sending the Log file created

Trace shows that the PBX is not sending any CallerID, but is sending the DNIS information of "2382022900".

 

Is the DNIS information correct?

 

You would need to speak with the PBX supplier to enquire why the new PBX is not sending any CallerID. Maybe they just need to change some setting within the PBX to allow the PBX to send the CallerID.
