Call recording is possible when using Dialogic cards.

If using VoiceGuide v7 the facility to record both lines of a Dial and Conference call is included in the Enterprise+Dialer version of the software. A sample script which you would use to make the recording of a 2-line Dial and Conference cal is attached. This script should work with the VoiceGuide v7 Evaluation version.

 

On VoiceGuide v6 the 2-line call recording option is an additional add-on. Please contact sales@voiceguide.comn for pricing of the 2-line add-on for v6.
