Guest EUSVA Report post Posted 12/28/2007 10:34 PM I'm in the process of trying a few different modem models. Two models that support wave files (as indicated in their modem .inf files) report "Wave driver not installed" when using Voiceguide. What exactly (a registry entry, the modem's response to a command, etc.) is Voiceguide looking for when it reports this error? If you can tell me the exact problem I might be able to fix it via an .inf edit. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/28/2007 11:58 PM I assume that you are using v5 of VoiceGuide (?) Can you see the Wave drivers corresponding to the modem listed in the list of Wave drivers on the system? Not sure if that is something that is configured via the .inf file. Recommend to uninstall all Wave drivers from your system and install just the modem's Wave drivers. Share this post Link to post
