At the same time I would take the opportunity to implement a mailbox system. It will be sufficient to start by routing only one call at a time. After looking at your site I think we need the 4-line Dialogic D4/PCI interface and VoiceGuide Pro for at least 2 lines. I don't know if we need a dialer module... Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/25/2003 01:52 AM If your telephone company provides a call transfer function then you can use a D4PCI with a Pro version of VoiceGuide - and just use the "Blind Transfer" or "Announced Transfer" option - check with your telephone company to see if you can do this on their phone lines... If call transfer needs to be made by placing the call on another line and then conferencing calls together (using the Transfer module's "Dialout and Conference" option) then you will need the Dialer add-on and one of these cards (only listing 4 port analog cards): D41EPCI D41ESC D41JCTLS Share this post Link to post
