OverSeer Report post Posted 01/03/2008 10:38 PM My boss was informed from somewhere that there is a driver we can get for our Voiceguide IVR system which is running with a Dialogic Analog board that would essentially eliminate the need for the dialogic boards altogether. Can someone help me out here? Does this exist? And if so, where can I find it? Thanks in advance! Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/03/2008 10:49 PM VoiceGuide v7 can be used in VoIP mode. This does not require using any Dialogic cards, but you will need to purchase the Dialogic's VoIP driver licenses - called HMP licenses. This of course means that you would need to then use VoIP lines, and not the Analog POTS lines that are currently plugged into the Dialogic card. Before rolling out a VoIP system you should carefully select the VoIP provider to ensure that they can provide adequate quality for the VoIP service they provide. Please see our downloads page to download VoiceGuide v7 and contact sales@voiceguide.com to obtain HMP drivers pricing. Share this post Link to post
