I have version 7.03 running in the demo mode and now I am ready to purchase. Either I do not know what Script Runner is or it is not installed on my system.

In v7.x just start the VoiceGuide Registration Manager.

 

The VoiceGuide Registration Manager will display the UniqueID when it is loaded.

The closest thing I see is the License Manager

When I run it I get

"License Manager" is the right application.

 

Looks like you have not applied the HMP licenses as yet.

 

For the VoIP system you need to obtain (buy) the HMP licenses first, and then after applying them you will see the registration code appear completing the ktTelDialogicHMP30.dll: line.
