SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/04/2008 09:56 PM The script should be setup to "Start without answering the call", and then the first module should be a Time Switch module. Use the Time Switch module to rout calls to either the rest of the script (the part that does the voicemail etc) or route the call to a Hangup module. If you route the call to the hangup module the script will end without ever answering the call. See attached sample script which demonstrates the approach.
