SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/25/2003 07:29 AM If a PC restarts that means that there is something wrong with the modem driver - only the modem driver runs in a privileged enough state to be able to do actions which result in PC restart - I'd recommend getting a different modem or (better) a Dialogic card.. Or it could be bad memory chips in your PC... so maybe you should try another PC... We have not had any reports of PC reboot due to VoiceGuide - and indeed an application like VoiceGuide cannot cause a problem that results in a PC reboot... not on Win2000 Share this post Link to post
