Dialer To Dial On All 4 Lines Of D/4pci Simltnsly

We are going to run a telemarketing app using VG Dialer on 4 lines attached to a Dialogic D/4PCI. How can we make it dial on all 4 lines simultaneously so it finishes the numbers-to-call-list more quickly?

All lines which have "Allow VoiceGuide to dial out on this line" will be used by the dialer.

(see "View"->"Line Device Config" menu)

By default all lines are enabled for outbound dialing so you should see all 4 lines being used simultaneously - are you not seeing this?
