Dialogic Board And Vg Problem

Hello,

i am having a very strange problem. I bought a dialogic card, installed with SR demo and VG Enterprise. Everything was working fine.

I bought the SR 6.0 build 178 official version and after having installed the new version everything (VG) stopped working. After reinstalling quite a few times all drivers, software... i discovered that:

- dialogic board is recognized and seems working perfectly (the service is on and the DCM show the card with green signs)

- voiceguide does not start and the log says that no bards are recognized

 

The difference seems to be that in windows hardware i now have a "Dialogic Springware Device".

 

Please, need urgent help. The system is supposed to be delivered to the client on next tuesday.

The posted log extract looks fine.

 

Please .ZIP up and post the entire ktTel log file which shows system startup, we can then see what is happening on the system.
