ggm Report post Posted 01/18/2008 10:49 PM I have uninstall voiceguide and started all over, I’m new to voiceguide, but I will learn it as I go on. (1) i get this prompt in the windows services program when trying to start the voiceguide service "the voiceguide IVR service on local computer has started and then stopped. some services stp automatically, for example, if they have no work to do, the performance log and alert service." (2) when trying to set voiceguide as dependant in the services tab the options field is not usable. Therefore I have not been able to make this setting. Any help is appreciated. SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/18/2008 11:33 PM Which version of VoiceGuide are you using? Which Dialogic card are you using? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the startup problem, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 ktTel=10 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
